1. General Terms
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour or use our services.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking or inquiry.

2. Booking and Payment
Reservation: A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed on our website.
Pricing: Tour prices are subject to change. Once booked, your price is guaranteed.
Deposits: Some tours may require a deposit to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts and deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
Full Payment: The full balance must be paid before the tour start date, as specified in the booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by You:
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
30-59 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
Cancellation by Us: If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Changes to Your Booking: Requests to modify your booking (e.g., changing tour dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities
Passports & Visas: Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
Health & Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost belongings. Some tours may require proof of vaccination or medical clearance.
Conduct: We expect all travelers to respect local customs, laws, and fellow participants. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Travel Risks: GoldPattern LLC is not responsible for delays, injuries, accidents, loss of personal property, or unforeseen circumstances during travel.
Third-Party Services: We work with third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, local guides) but are not liable for their actions or policies.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour itineraries, is owned by GoldPattern LLC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
